So what is it?
If you take traffic from one source that is not directly linked to you, such as from Google, then pass it over to the advertiser on another target web site, that is an Ad Exchange.
We make sure that the exchange is of as pure as possible, traffic and monitor this to make sure that the purity stays as close to perfection as we can.
Hence we do NOT allow for 'Blind Networks' and any other from of hidden source system.

If you are publisher or and advertiser there are a few ground rules to our network and systems:
Publishers (Cons):
- Your traffic has to be Real and come from your web site, we do not allow for any arbitrage
- If you are detected to be using any form of arbitrage techniques then we will terminate your account without ANY consultation.
- We do allow for SEM BUT not for arbitration
- We will only allow for Google Indexed sites with a minimum of PR2
- We will only allow for Alexa ranked web sites with a ranking of less than 1,000,000
- We do not allow new sites on our network there is an minimum age of 1 year for a site to be accepted
- All sites has to comply with our code of conduct
Advertisers (Cons):
- Our decision on the traffic quality on questionable traffic rests with us
- No Ads that are not in line with our code of conduct
